Fake Baits
‘Fake baits’ is a term used to define an artificial, man-made fishing bait, differentiated from a lure by not requiring movement to catch fish. In LRF, fake-baits are typically defined as heavily flavoured, biodegradable, soft lures. The most common are those manufactured by Marukyu and Berkley Gulp. The most popular fake baits for fishing LRF style are; Marukyu Isome, Ecogear Aqua, Gulp Sandworms and Gulp Baby Sardine. Of which all are featured in the following articles.
