The first highlight from my road-trip to the West Country. My first LRF Herring in the UK. Albeit a small one!
I opted for juvenile Herring over Sprat due to the almost flat profile of the top of the fish. I believe Sprat is more rounded.
Another notable capture by the Bliss MebaJiy FW fitted with tiny size 10 DJ-95 assists from Decoy. A great lure that has sadly since become a permanent fixture of the seabed. #RIP #sadface
