Male Black Bream on HTO Shore Jig in Cotton Candy

I finally have a good supply of the latest HTO Shore Jigs (you know they are my faves!)

I highlighted the Upgraded HTO Shore Jigs some time ago, but this season is the first I’ve really been able to use them solidly. I’m delighted with the new assist hook. I’m finding I don’t have to swap them out before I use them. Although you will notice that my preference is to fish the single assist hook on the back, for more species variety. It’s a good hook and I’m finding I’m getting multiple sessions out of the same assist. In fact, one 7g Shore Jig in Cotton Candy has currently notched up 48 fish since I first tied it on!

In terms of the new colours, it’s nice to have new options, of course it always is. I’ve been hammering the Cotton Candy and falling back to Katakuchi periodically. Both highly natural presentations. Regular readers of this blog will no doubt be bored of seeing the original Scad colour by now. At least now it has some competition in my lure box!

Should be readily available in various sizes between 2 and 3 quid. Bargain!
