I’ve already highlighted some of the LRF tackle at the T&G Show but it’s also worth noting that there were a few familiar faces from the world of lure fishing, working on some of the trade stands this year. Henry Gilbey was again present at the 2013 show – this time on the Topwater Lures stand. In addition, it was great to catch up with Matt Jones (Cornish Angler) working on the excellent Lure Heaven UK stand plus, meet Will Harding and his other half Lolly (Next Generation Angling) – who were manning the dedicated Ecogear stand, passionately singing the praises of Light Rock Fishing to anyone that was interested – nice work! It really demonstrated to me how serious, manufacturers and distributors are about the growing lure angling disciplines within the industry. Good to see.
