I’ve become almost addicted to fishing small metal jigs this year. I’ve learned that swapping average hooks (especially treble hooks) for top quality assist hooks can make a world of difference to hook-up rates. Although there’s plenty of good assist hooks on the UK market, those in small, LRF type sizes aren’t so common. It was really good to see these new Vanfook Twin Dancer assist hooks coming in from Japan through Lure Heaven UK. That opposing hook direction design really works well. Tidy.
