Barry Docks LRF
Change of scenery. Thought we’d head West instead of South for a change. After a bit of internet research I decided upon Barry Docks in Wales.
AquaWave Mushi
The AquaWave Mushi is not new to this website. It’s one of my favourite lures for lots of species when the conditions allow me to throw tiny lures and jig-heads. I got that chance again recently and set about seeing what species I could catch.
Small Whiting to Metals
A bizarre little session fishing tiny metal jigs over sand. The catch was predominately Whiting ranging between 8 and 14cm. 20 of them in fact.
Light Rock Fishing in Turkey
Escaped to Side in Turkey for a week with the GF and of course the Rock Rover and a handful of fishing lures came along for the ride. Enjoyed the fishing in Turkey, despite the daytime temperature reaching mid to high 30s every single day. Mad dogs and Englishmen!
Perch on Pink Bug-ga
Decent canal Perch caught on a bright pink HTO Bug-ga creature.
Light Lure Ruffe
Of course I love the Perch, but the Ruffe certainly wins on cool points from a light lure perspective.
