Successful lures for Black Bream yesterday. AquaWave Moebi 1.8 took the crown as the most successful and the AquaWave Straight 2.8 taking second spot. Both fished on a short Caro rig. Size 10 hook. Keep the lure moving, slowly. Solid-tip rod is beneficial for this style of fishing. Hooked fish will load up the tip. No need to strike. As ever with seabream, concentrate on areas where shellfish is present.
