Just a quick update. I found myself in the vicinity of Poole last night with some LRF kit in the car, so it was rude not to have a sniff about.
I have to say that Poole has not been on my LRF venue list, but after an hour on Poole Quay I have to say it looks good – especially for Night Games as there’s lots of lighting there.
Really easy fishing, with a car park near by. I caught the obligatory Pollock (hiding in the shadows), Black Goby and caught a few tiny Joey Mackerel. Good fun. Will get back there at some point.
