LRF Night Game
Drove down to Portsmouth last night to catch up with Dan and Chris. Would have been rude not to do a little Night Game.
Rainy night but wind was much lower than forecast. Fairly pleasant. 6 species in total. Bonus was a little Bass that beat the Pollack to a white Aqua Straight OTD.
As ever, find floodlights for the most fun.

Alderney 24 Hour Lure Competition

Back from another amazing time on the island of Alderney, fishing the 2013 Alderney Lure Only Species Hunt competition. It was, as expected, tremendous fun and has left me with the same empty feeling of unrequited love that I endured the last time I returned from fishing the incredible waters around Alderney. There is so much fishing to experience here. World class. More

Lure Heaven Species Hunt Part 2
With a widening gap between myself and the others fishing the Lure Heaven UK Species Hunt and the summer life draining out of the sea on a daily basis now, I headed west to Plymouth at the weekend to see how many ‘summer’ species I could tick off before they left our shoresMore

Boat Lure Fishing At Last
Has this been the windiest year ever? It certainly seems that way to me and lots of fishing plans have fallen by the wayside as we simply could not get out in the boat. But when the weather eventually gave us a chance recently, we filled the boat with rods and lures with the intention of getting amongst a few fish. More
