Kennet and Avon Canal
My lure fishing on the Kennet and Avon Canal covers Wiltshire and Berkshire, fishing from Semington in the West to Newbury in the East, with my local stretch being the area around Hungerford. The key ticketed sections I fish from East to West are Hungerford Canal Angling Association, Reading & District Angling Association (Froxfield), Marlborough & District Angling Association and Devizes Angling Association. It’s a beautiful stretch of canal with great views and some spectacular Perch fishing at times. I hope you enjoy the following articles on lure fishing the K&A canal.
Fun Fishing
Great day on the K&A with Chris today. Lots of variation in water clarity between stretches. We capitalised in the clearer water using a variety of lures. More
Back on the K&A

Light Lure Session in Newbury
Had a great little session on the town section of the K&A canal in Newbury on Saturday. Grabbed just over an hour while the missus was doing some shopping, and using a single lure I had a total of 10 fish for 229cm. More
