We love holidaying in Greece. Fishing in Greece plays a big part in the enjoyment. Of course the colourful fish species, the crystal clear waters and the amazing scenery, but also the relaxed nature of the Greek Islands. I can say I have enjoyed all my time fishing in Greece. Both shore fishing and a bit of boat fishing from the self-drive boats. What follows is a list of catch reports from previous trips, featuring photos of various Greek fish species to help you identify your catch.
Black Scorpion Fish

Decent LRF Lizard Fish
Quite a nice sized Lizard Fish caught on Paxos, Greece on a Power Isome. Nice teeth!
Painted Wrasse from Greece
Still uncertain on this one. Wrasse with a silver belly. Let us know on the comments if you can identify it.
