I found this on the excellent French Touch Fishing site and translated it to English. We now know what all those colourful labels mean on Reins lures. Thanks FTF! Will be using this in Nantes next month.
Soft Plastic Lures
The choice in small, soft plastic lures suitable for LRF and light lure fishing is immense. Take your pick from shads and paddle tails, darting lures, pin tails, worms and creature baits. All in every conceivable colour. If you are looking for inspiration, browse through the dozens of posts that feature my successful soft-plastics and the many varied catches made.
Lure Caught Bream (the slimy FW kind)
Still enjoying the freshwater side of things. LRF tackle is bang on for targeting Perch, with plenty of small fish and the chance of a lunker up to 4lb.
I thought I’d hooked one of those large Perch, but after a plucky fight this large, 47cm Bream bobbed up. A first for me, so I was as happy as I would have been with an equivalent sized Perch.
Tict Curl Tail Grubs
To date, I’ve not been a massive fan of curl tail grubs, but these new Tict lures may change that opinion – they look great!
