With a gap in the weather and a club competition to fish I didn’t need any further encouragement to get another day’s boat fishing in with Adam Kirby aboard our boat ‘Drifter’ last weekend.

LRF with Ben Field
Had the pleasure of fishing LRF with Ben Field from The Art of Fishing on his home patch, North Cornwall. Very different fishing to my own and I learned a lot about fishing this unsheltered coastline. We caught Pollack, Mackerel and Ben had a small Bass. I got a beating – but I will be back! :o)
Clonking Wrasse on Micro Jig
Dan with a clonking great wrasse caught unexpectedly on a Daiwa micro jig from the boat. We had to leave our buoy and chase after it. Great fun!
