Ruffe with attitude! Another one for the Aquawave Shad.
Ruffe on White Aquawave Shad
The Aquawave Shad 1.3 is probably my most successful lure for catching Ruffe. Apart from just being small, the 1.3″ Shad is extremely supple and buoyant, so I think it helps the Ruffe engulf the lure more easily.
LRF Cuckoo Wrasse
We had a dozen or so Cuckoo Wrasse from the boat last weekend. Both male and female fish. Their bizarre colour-schemes make them a super interesting catch. A great LRF target. Particularly aggressive.

Plaice on XL Isome
Nice day on the boat, with Chris and I both ticking off Plaice for the year. A kind of mutant split shot rig presented an XL Isome on the drift.
