Here it is then. A lasting memory from the 2015 Cornish Lure Festival. One genuine lure-caught, LRF Conger Eel. Hooked on a 2-inch lure, using 4lb leader and a rod rated to just 5 gram.
Just shows you. NEVER give in.

After entering the Species Hunt competition for the first time last year, I’d managed to pass on my enthusiasm for the event to mates, Dan and Chris. Estelle enjoyed last year, even as a non-fisher, and was along for the ride again too.
